Geostructural Solutions Ltd was awarded a prestigious basement project in London SW3 which it undertook with the support of sister company GSS Piling Ltd.
Works involved the formation of a double-storey basement with substantial drainage sumps and service pits for a new residential property.
Access was limited by substantial properties to all elevations of the basement. Restricted access piling methodology was there fore required. We also employed top-down construction methodology, utilising the ground floor slab as a permanent prop whilst also maintaining a clear hard standing for the movement of plant and materials.
Our client commended us on the successful delivery of the project which was completed on time and within budget.
